We have a specialist leasing consultant who’s sole responsibility is find and qualify prospective tenants for your property. This means we can let your property faster than anyone else and in most cases have the property rented before it even becomes vacant.
We have an excellent computer software program that ensures that we can manage your property to the best of our ability and ensures that important events like rent reviews and lease expiries don’t get forgotten. Then at the end of the year we provide you with a single financial statement to take to your accountant for tax purposes.
